To connect your iPhone with Apple CarPlayTM, follow the steps below:
Note: Apple recommends the use of certified cables to avoid disconnection or other bugs.
To use Apple CarPlay, you must have an iPhone 5 or newer and iOS 7.1 or later.
Note: To ensure compatibility of your smartphone with the Apple CarPlay system, it is recommended to have completed all available software updates.
Android AutoTM comes with four native applications:
On the Google Play Store, you can install additional applications that are compatible with Android Auto such as Waze, WhatsApp, Deezer or Spotify.

Note: Only apps certified by Google and downloaded to your smartphone can be used on Android AutoTM while driving.
To enable Android AutoTM voice recognition: OK Google, you have several options:
Method 1: Press and hold down the "Push To Talk" button located on the steering wheel until you hear an audible beep.
Method 2: Press on the "microphone" icon located in the top right-hand corner of your Android AutoTM screen. This will lead to an audible beep.
Method 3: Say the words "OK, Google" out loud; Android AutoTM makes an audible beep.
You can customize the EASY LINK home pages with a widget system. These provide access to several features such as radio, navigation, telephony, etc.
To change the home pages, press and hold a widget or empty space or press “widget +”.
You can also access this function via the profile settings menu: “Change” then “Settings” and “Home page”.
To delete a widget, click on it and then on the red “delete” button at the top of the screen.
The configuration of the widgets is linked to the profile. If the profile changes, the presentation of the widgets also changes.
EASY LINK can have up to 3 customisable homepages on EASY LINK with 7" screen and up to 7 pages for EASY LINK with 9.3" screen.
When you have finished customising your home pages, touch to return to the home page.
You can connect your phone via Bluetooth with EASY LINK to:
• Make calls hands-free
• Listen to the music
Make sure you install the most up-to-date software version on your smartphone.
To complete the check, you must know:
• Your phone model and your OS version
• Your EASY LINK system version.
Note: Renault tests, several times per year, a wide range of phones with our Multimedia systems to ensure the compatibility of the various features available on board. Your phone may not have been tested by our teams and some features may not always be available on some phone models.
Step 1: Make sure your phone is correctly paired with your EASY LINK and that the media function is enabled (the media icon is highlighted in white).

Step 2: When your phone is paired with your EASY LINK system, go to the multimedia menu and click on Media. Choose the "Bluetooth" audio source and select a music on your phone.
Note: Some telephones do not activate the media function unless they contain at least one music file.
Check if you have at least one song stored in your phone's memory.
Your phone can pair with EASY LINK via Bluetooth by tapping the "Phone" widget or, if another phone is already connected, tap the "Phone" shortcut at the top of the screen.

Step 1: Make sure your phone is properly paired with your EASY LINK system.

Step 2: To make a call, please go to the phone menu and press 'Contacts'. Your contacts are automatically imported to your EASY LINK screen. Select the contact you want to call and press the number to make a call.
It is possible to make a call by selecting:
• a number in the call history from the "History" menu;
• a contact in the directory from the "Directory" menu;
• Keypad keys from the "Dial" menu
To take a call, you can pick up directly by pressing the green button that appears at the top of the screen.
It is also possible to pick up / hang up a call by pressing directly on the steering wheel control.

To update the map from EASY CONNECT, please follow the steps below:
• Go to the Help section, click on 'Updating Maps';
• Choose 'EASY LINK';
• Download the Renault EASY CONNECT Updater;
• Start your Renault EASY CONNECT Updater on your computer and get your USB key;
• Enter the car identification number (VIN);
• Download the map on your USB key;
• Go to your vehicle and plug your USB key into EASY LINK. The update will start automatically.
Note: Leave your vehicle stationary with the engine running for the duration of the installation operation.
